DNA: Get zero marks, get a seat in medical college

We have a copy of an order from the Union Health Ministry. In which the National Board of Examination has been ordered to reduce the percentile cut-off required to qualify in the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test i.e. NEET PG 2023 examination.
