DNA: UP Police `trapped`?

On one hand, CM Yogi is strict regarding the paper leak. On the other hand, action is going on against YIP culture in all 70 districts of UP. All the police captains have also been asked to implement CM Yogi's decision on the ground. Strict instructions have been given. However, taking action against the VIP culture in UP's Barabanki proved costly for two policemen. After this incident many questions are now being raised.
