Parliament security breach: Who is Neelam Azad?

So far, four people have been arrested in the Parliament security breach case. The arrested accused include Neelam, Manoranjan, Sagar and Amol Shinde. There was uproar in Rajya Sabha also over the lapse in Parliament security.
