Politics Sparks Over Emergency in India

Parliament Session 2024: Today is the second day of the first session of the 18th Parliament. The big thing is that today marks the completion of 49 years of Emergency. While BJP is celebrating it as Black Day, all the leaders of the All India Alliance including Congress are reaching Parliament with a copy of the Constitution. Meanwhile, there is a tussle going on for the post of Speaker and Deputy Speaker.
