Rahul Gandhi turns back from Delhi-UP border

Congress MP Priyanka Gandhi also expressed her displeasure over Rahul being stopped. She said, 'What happened in Sambhal is wrong. Rahul ji is the leader of the opposition. He has constitutional privileges which are different from others. He cannot be stopped. This is wrong. Rahul ji has constitutional rights as the leader of the opposition. He should be allowed to meet the victims.
