Supreme Court reprimands Government over Air Pollution

Supreme Court on Pollutio: Supreme Court reprimanded the government on air pollution in Delhi. What steps have been taken regarding the ban on crackers. There should be a decision to ban them throughout the year, why are crackers not banned on other festivals.
