Why Jagdeep Dhankhar leaves Rajya Sabha in sadness?

Today is the 14th day of the Monsoon Session of Parliament. The proceedings of both the Houses have begun. Annoyed with the behavior of the opposition MPs, Rajya Sabha Chairman Jagdeep Dhankhar left the proceedings of the Rajya Sabha.
