DNA: PM Modi expresses concern about Afghanistan at the 13th BRICS summit

At the 13th BRICS summit, India and Russia told that they believe foreign terrorist groups operating from Afghanistan are a threat to Central Asia and India and agreed to deepen counter-terrorism cooperation at their national security chiefs' meeting on Wednesday.
