Russia Ukraine War: Russia accused of using phosphorus bombs

The Russian military has been accused of carrying out a deadly phosphorus bomb attack in Mariupol, Ukraine. There is a worldwide ban on the use of phosphorus bombs. However, it is not yet confirmed whether Russia has actually used this banned weapon.
