Russian warplane crashes in residential area in port of Yeysk, kills 13 people

A Russian fighter plane crashed into a residential building in the southern city of Yeysk. This resulted into engulfing apartments in a fireball and killing at least 13 people. Around 19 people suffered injuries, reported Interfax news agency.
