Nandkishore Yadav was on Thursday unanimously re-elected president of BJP's Bihar unit, party's election officer Pyarelal Khandelwal said.
Khandelwal said that altogether 17 set of nomination papers were filed in favour of Yadav.
Yadav told PTI he would accord top priority to proper utilisation of financial package which the centre was contemplating for all-round growth of the rest of Bihar after the formation of Jharkhand state.
He said that his party would launch a mass-awakening drive to ensure proper utilisation of central fund for acclerating the pace of development in north and central Bihar. We will not allow bungling in centrally-sponsored schemes.''
Yadav said that his party would undertake a state-wide campaign against spread of ISI activities in Bihar.
He said that his party would also strive for a permanent solution to recurring floods and drought.
