The Dwarka Expressway is the country’s first urban expressway. It connects Delhi and Gurugram. This 16-lane expressway is 29 km long, with 18.9 km in Gurugram and 10.1 km in Delhi.

It is also India’s first elevated expressway. With construction costs over Rs 9,000 crores, this expressway features a 23 km elevated section and a 4 km underground stretch.

There is a stretch where it becomes a four-level structure, an underpass at the bottom, a service lane above it, then a flyover, and finally, the Dwarka Expressway at the top.

The Dwarka Expressway has the widest toll plaza in India. It features 34 toll booths, the highest number on any expressway.

The toll for a one-way trip is Rs 105 for cars, jeeps, and vans. A round trip costs Rs 155. For buses and trucks, the one-way toll is Rs 355, and the round trip is Rs 535.
