Kohli is arguably one of the fittest athletes in India. The Indian captain on Friday released a video of one of his gym sessions.


 



 


Kohli can be seen working out while he enjoys some Punjabi music during his routine. He shared a video of two exercises on Instagram where he can be seen doing some heavy weightlifting.


Kohli termed the lists as his favourites and said that he craves for any opportunity to get stronger and fitter. 


This is not the first time that Kohli has garnered attention because of his fitness routine as he is known for regularly sharing videos on social media platforms about his fitness and workout sessions.

Earlier in 2017, Kohli had shared a video where he was seen doing one-hand push-ups. 


 



 


Kohli recently lead team India against West Indies in the ODI series. He has been rested for the upcoming T20 series against West Indies and will be next seen leading the squad against Australia in the T20 series.
