Straight out of a movie script! Bride refuses to marry groom, runs away with lover

Refusing to chant wedding vows with the groom-to-be, a bride in Andhra Pradesh ran away with her lover who was present at the function among the guests.

The wedding ceremony was taking place at a church in Guntur district.

All the rituals of the wedding were going fine since morning, however, by then, the girl had already made up her mind to run away.

The function began, the priest read the Bible and asked for the groom's consent to the marriage. To which, he said 'yes'.

On the other hand, when he asked the bride, she refused to get married to the groom.

Following this, she jumped off the dais and declared that she was going with her lover.
