Bengaluru molestation: Stalker who grabs, bites victim`s tongue arrested
The Bengaluru Police has arrested the accused for allegedly molesting and attacking a woman on Nagawara Main Road in north Bengaluru, says a News18 report.

The man has been identified as Irshad and is said to be a relative of the victim.
The incident had taken place on Friday morning when the 23-year-old woman was on her way to the office.
The woman, who was walking towards a bus stop, was attacked by a stalker at around 6.30am, near Arabic College bus stop. The accused had grabbed her and bit her tongue after she resisted his attempts.
However, the man took to his heels soon the woman she raised an alarm. The incident was caught on a CCTV.
The survivor suffered injuries, including a cut on her tongue as well as several bruises on her body as she resisted the molester. The man is believed to be stalking and following the woman before carrying an attack on her.
The city police had booked a case under IPC sections 509 (word, gesture or act intended to insult the modesty of a woman) and 354 (outraging the modesty of the woman).
Earlier, on the New Year eve, mass molestation of women was reported in and around the junction of Brigade Road and M G Road, where thousands had gathered to herald the New Year.
On January 4, another woman was molested by a stranger while she was returning from a gym near Banaswadi police station. The two men apparently followed the victim and pulled her T-shirt at which she screamed for help, forcing them to flee in panic after seeing some people, police said.
