There can be no talks with India unless Kashmir is on the agenda, Musharraf, on a tour to three Arab nations, said in Jordanian capital, Amman, on Monday, according to a media report.
Asserting that peace process between New Delhi and Islamabad would begin only if India demonstrated its sincerity, he told a gathering of Pakistani community that settlement of the Kashmir issue is necessary for the improvement of Indo-Pak relations, the reports said.
