Mumbai: The second half of SS Rajamouli’s two- part magnum opus Baahubali has turned out to be a roaring success at the Box Office. The epic film starring Prabhas in the lead role, which released in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and Hindi has minted over Rs 1000 crores worldwide.

And going by the latest buzz, the Hindi version of the film alone has raked in over Rs 430 crores!


Bollywood producer-director Karan Johar, who distributed the film in Hindi, took to Twitter Monday to share the collection figures.


Here’s what Johar had to say: “The BIGGEST box office success story!! Enters the 400 crore zone and racing ahead!!! At 432.80( HINDI) #BaahubaliTheConclusion @ssrajamouli (sic).”



Trade analyst Taran Adarsh too took to the micro-blogging site to give out the breakup of the collections since the film’s release on April 28.


He tweeted:





Also featuring Rana Daggubati, Ramya Krishnan, Tamannaah Bhatia, Anushka Shetty, Nasser and Sathyaraj, ‘Baahubali’ is set in the backdrop of a fictional ancient Indian kingdom named Mahismati and narrates the tale of enmity between two warring brothers – Baahubali and Bhallaladeva.
