He tweeted: “The difference between @MiaMalkova ‘s #GodSexTruth and @deepikapadukone ‘s Padmaavat is One is a Social Controversy and the Other is a Historical Controversy (sic).”

On Monday, while talking about Padmaavat and God, Sex and Truth clash, RGV tweeted: “My film God,Sex and Truth is releasing on jan 26th at 9 Am along with Padmaavat on http://www.GodSexTruth.Online   ...Between @MiaMalkova and @deepikapadukone may the best woman win  #GodSexTruth (sic).”

According to RGV, his upcoming production is a philosophical treatise of Mia Malkova.

The trailer of the film was unveiled a few days back and it had set the temperature soaring in the month of January.

While Padmaavat directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali is inspired by 16th century Awadhi poem Padmavat penned by Sufi poet Malik Muhammed Jayasi. The film stars Shahid Kapoor and Ranveer Singh besides Deepika.

RGV’s God, Sex and Truth would have had to face Akshay Kumar starrer Padman too at the Box Office. But the makers of the film decided to postpone the release of the film to February 9 to avoid a clash with the much delayed Padmaavat.

Bhansali’s Padmaavat is in the middle of a massive controversy but is expected to draw massive crowds to the theatres once it releases.
