Deepika Padukone`s `Padmavati` to release this year?
There is a lot of speculation regarding the release date of Sanjay Leela Bhansali`s magnum opus `Padmavati`. While earlier reports suggested that the film will get delayed and release only next year in April, now the latest buzz is that it is hitting the screens on decided date.
New Delhi: There is a lot of speculation regarding the release date of Sanjay Leela Bhansali's magnum opus 'Padmavati'. While earlier reports suggested that the film will get delayed and release only next year in April, now the latest buzz is that it is hitting the screens on decided date.
ANI quoted a source as saying, “Deepika has wrapped filming for her part. The actress has reserved additional three to five days for any patchwork if required. Patch work will be shot only after Ranveer and Shahid have finished shooting their respective portions.”
With Deepika's portion being shot already, it's Ranveer and Shahid's part left to be shot. Also, in a Twitter live chat yesterday, Dippy revealed that 'Padmavati' remains her most challenging role so far.
Looks like the film might actually be releasing this year in November as most of the work is reportedly being wrapped up.
No official word on the release date has been made as yet.
