Fanne Khan: Aishwarya Rai to transform into `Indian Madonna` for a song
The song is reportedly sung by Sunidhi Chauhan and features Aishwarya as an `Indian Madonna`.
New Delhi: Aishwarya Rai, Anil Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao starrer 'Fanne Khan' is slated to release on August 3, 2018. Shooting for the film is still going on and the movie is being directed by Atul Manjrekar. While everyone is excited to see Aishwarya on screen once again, the excitement level of the film has been raised by reports of Aish turning into 'Indian Madonna' for a song.
As per a Mumbai Mirror report, Aishwarya will be shooting a song for the musical-drama and the song is being choreographed by Frank Gatson Jr. The choreographer has worked with international pop stars like Jennifer Lopez, Beyonce and Rihanna.
The song is reportedly sung by Sunidhi Chauhan and features Aishwarya as an 'Indian Madonna'.
Atul told the tabloid, “Aishwarya plays a huge pop icon who’s extremely popular with the youngsters. Her character is a fabulous dancer and singer who performs on the global stage.”
The debutant director also added that Frank is among the best choreographers in the world.
'Fanne Khan' is an official remake of the Belgian film Everybody's Famous!. Bhushan Kumar is producing under his banner T-Series along with Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra.
It is speculated that the film's teaser will be attached with Ranbir Kapoor-starrer 'Sanju', which is slated to release on June 29.
Aishwarya was last seen in 2016 opposite Ranbir in 'Ae Dil Hai Mushkil'.
