On Thursday, a report stated that while shooting for his upcoming social drama film 'Batti Gul Meter Chalu', Shahid sustained a back injury. However, the actor continued filming and did not take any rest despite being advised by his doctor.
Reportedly, Shahid is desperate to wrap up the movie by the month end and therefore, he decided not to take any rest. To matter worse, he began practising for his gig at IIFA award night as soon as he returned from filming.
The actor was advised by his doctor not to indulge in any strenuous activity. And he ended up getting a severe back spasm. Shahid, who was supposed to fly to Bangkok on Thursday night, decided to exit from the awards night and conveyed this to the organisers.
But, it seems now that the actor has recovered from his back spasm and is all set to take the stage. Well, if just hope that Shasha keeps himself away from all the injuries and stays in the pink of his health.
