The manufacturer is pointing towards vehicle sales worth more than Rs 2,660 crore with this tie-up.

According to Mahindra group chairman, Anand Mahindra, the initiative is aimed at current and future needs of the Indian consumers, particularly younger ones who prefer shared mobility solutions. The move will also have a positive social impact on the drivers and their families, he said.
“To me, this is an important strategic alliance for the Mahindra Group, one that I believe will change the contours of our industry, while giving us the first mover advantage in the fast growing Sharing Economy of India,” he added.
On the occasion, Ola co-founder and CEO, Bhavish Aggarwal said, “Our alliance with Mahindra will help build significant scale by innovatively building more mobility options and newer use cases in the time to come.”
