New Delhi: Eyeing the upcoming 7th Pay Commission, India's leading carmaker Maruti Suzuki has prepared a detailed database of 17 million government employees which will be benefited by the salary hike.


As per media reports, the database incudes 4.7 million government employees at centre, 7 million in states and 5.2 million pensioners.


The company has its eyes this group to constitute 18 percent of its overall sales over the next three years.


The nation's largest car maker is out to woo government employees, who it expects will soon have some extra cash in hand.
