With a pay package of Rs 44 crore during the year 2014-15, Hero MotoCorp's Pawan Munjal emerged as the highest paid director among private listed companies which, interestingly, is 1.84 percent of his company's net profit.

According to proxy advisory firm InGovern, two other executives of the auto group, late Brijmohan Lall Munjal and Sunil Kant Munjal occupied the second and third place respectively.
