J&K Bank to enter into strategic partnership with Infosys
Leh (J&K), Aug 17: Jammu and Kashmir Bank would enter into a strategic partnership with software giant Infosys to launch tele-banking, anywhere banking and internet banking in within two months.

The bank would also launch global card in association with Master Card that will enable ATM card holder to access more than 2100 ATMs in the country and 6.35 lakh abroad, J&K Bank chairman M Y Khan said here after inaugurating the branch office of the bank here yesterday.
A scheme, called 'Mehendi Deposit Scheme', was on the anvil for girls with insurance facility, he said. Khan said bank had introduced a scheme under which fresh termed deposit accounts are being covered for free personal accidental insurance cover including terrorist acts.
This will be available for such deposits having maturity of six months and above, he said, adding the insurance cover shall be double the amount of deposit with maximum of Rs 10 lakh. Bureau Report
