New Delhi: After Railways Minister Suresh Prabhu, now Telecom Minister Ravishankar Prasad has become sensitive to consumer complaints on his Facebook or Twitter accounts. 


As per a report in Hindustan Time, the consumer complaints against  MTNL and BSNL on the minister's Facebook page or Twitter handle, are compiled and serious attended to. 


The report added that Prasad’s ministry will also ensure that a follow up action is taken on the grievances. It is also asking BSNL and MTNL to submit action taken reports on the complaints.


The question is that how effectively complaints against the private operators will be taken up?
