Chinese shares open higher
The smaller Shenzhen index opened 0.37 percent higher at 10,383.45 points.
Beijing: Chinese stocks opened higher on Monday with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index up 0.08 percent, at 2,940.99 points.
The smaller Shenzhen index opened 0.37 percent higher at 10,383.45 points, Xinhua news agency reported.
The ChiNext Index, tracking China`s NASDAQ-style board of growth enterprises, was up 0.34 percent to open at 2,212.46 points.
