New Delhi: Bollywood actor and entrepreneur Ajay Devgan bought over the entire shareholding of a British Virgin Islands (BVI) company Marylebone Entertainment Limited in 2013 as per the latest leak involving Panama Papers. The entire financial exercise was done with a sole aim to acquire the overseas rights of Hindi movies.


As per Indian Express report, Marylebone Entertainment Ltd had instituted Mossack Fonseca & Co (BVI) Ltd as the agent during the time of formation of the company.


Hassan N Sayani, based in London, is said to be the original shareholder of the firm.
