New Delhi, Sept 15: Lok Sabha Speaker Manohar Joshi is leading a high-level Parliamentary delegation to Russia on a six-day visit from today. During the visit, the delegation will have discussions on a wide range of bilateral issues with top Russian leaders, according to a Lok Sabha secretariat release. The other members of the delegation include Balasaheb Vikhe Patil, Raghuvans Prasad Singh and Sarla Maheshwari. Bureau Report
