However, lets take a moment to appreciate Sam Curran's effort, who remained unbeaten on 95 from 83 balls and helped England remain in the hunt until the final ball of the contest. Meanwhile with this triumph, India win the series 2-1 and also complete a hattrick of series wins against England.

Indian skipper Virat Kohli has lost the toss once again as England have opted to bowl first in the series decider.
India vs England 3rd ODI HIGHLIGHTS: An incredible effort by Sam Curran went in vain as England lost the third and final ODI against India in Pune by seven runs. Curran, who led England's fightback right till the final ball of the contest, remained unbeaten on 99 from 53 balls but failed to take his side beyond the finish line.
With this win India clinched the three-match series 2-1 and also completed a hattrick of series wins against England, after earlier outplaying the tourists in Tests and T20Is.
Meanwhile, Shardul Thakur, Bhuvneshwar Kumar had a decent day with the ball as both the seamers combined to pick seven wickets. Meanwhile, T Natarajan, who was handed the responsiblity to defend 14 runs in the final over, also picked the important wicket of Ben Stokes.
Meanwhile, Team India will surely be a bit disappointed after wasting another good start as they ended up getting bundled out for 329 in 48.2 overs in the third and final ODI against England in Pune on Sunday.
The team were going strong at one moment and it looked like they would go on to eclipse the 350-run mark, however, a sharp catch by England skipper Jos Buttler to dismiss Rishabh Pant and Hardik Pandya's cheeky shot selection, which saw him lose his wicket, change the course of the game.
