After being roped in for the crucial Gujarat elections, he will also be one of the star campaigners for the Delhi municipal elections and will take on Arvind Kejriwal's Aam Aadmi Party.

As per NDTV, apart from Yogi Adityanath, four other BJP CMs and 14 central ministers feature in the BJP's list of star campaigners for the Delhi civic polls.

Moreover, the party's core team for the election has four union ministers - Nirmala Sitharaman, Jitendra Singh, Sanjeev Balyan and Vijay Goel.

Yesterday, Gujarat BJP spokesperson Bharat Pandya had said that the UP CM campaigning in state would help the party immensely.

He had said, "Yogi ji's work as CM is being discussed and appreciated not just at the national level but even at the international level. So, his coming to Gujarat for campaigning will definitely help the BJP."

Pandya had added that UP was the largest state in the country in terms of population and developments there would have massive impact in all other states.
