London, May 08: Valencia won through to the UEFA Cup final on Thursday, keeping it on track to win its first ever double. The Spanish league leader will play Marseille, who emulated fellow French club Monaco in reaching a European final. Valencia beat regional rival Villarreal 1-0 in the second leg semifinal to advance by the same aggregate score to its third European final in five seasons. Miguel Angel 'Mista' Ferrer scored a 16th-minute penalty after Villarreal’s Juliano Belletti brought him down. Marseille beat Newcastle 2-0 to advance by the same aggregate off two goals from Didier Drogba. The final is on May 19 in Goteburg, Sweden. "This is a fairy tale," Marseille coach Jose Anigo said. "Three months ago I was coaching the youth team and now we're in a European final. We'll do everything to bring the Cup to Marseille. We're living a dream." Bureau Report
