North Korea's deputy foreign minister Choe Su Hon held talks in Berlin with his German counterpart Ludger Volmer over closer relations between the two countries, the foreign ministry in Berlin said. Over lunch the two also discussed the rapprochement between the two Koreas, Pyongyang's human rights record, disarmament, and the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, the ministry said in a statement on Saturday. A German parliamentary delegation is to visit North Korea in May for the first time since the establishment of diplomatic relations between Berlin and Pyongyang early this month.
