Pune, May 31: The southwest monsoon has further advanced into parts of Maldives-Commorin areas, south Bay of Bengal, part of East-Central Bay and over north Andaman Sea, according to India Meteorological Department (IMD). Heavy rain is likely to occur at isolated places in Andaman and Nicobar islands during next 48 hours, IMD said here today. Bureau Report
