Jodhpur, Mar 20: For the first time after the December 2001 Parliament attack, Border Security Force officials will meet their Pakistani counterparts in Lahore next week to discuss issues related to border smuggling and the Indians languishing in Pakistani jails, BSF sources said in Jodhpur on Saturday.
During the three-day meeting beginning March 24, BSF officials will also be sorting out with Pakistani rangers the issue of putting up more check posts, the sources said.
The meeting between the officials of both the sides was being held after two-and-a-half years, the sources added. Bureau Report
