Karimnagar, June 10: The outlawed People's War (PWG) naxalites gunned down TDP leader G Adireddy in Karimnagar district of Andhra Pradesh today, suspecting him to be a police informer. They said that the naxals stormed the house of the 45-year-old Adireddy in Lakshmipur village under Jagtial police station limits, dragged the TDP leader out and shot him dead.
The naxals suspected Adireddy, a former Jagtial agricultural market committee chairman, of being a police informer, police said.
