Mumbai, Oct 20: State Bank of India has signed an MoU with New India Assurance Company Ltd to distribute the latter's general insurance policies.

Under the memorandum of understanding, SBI will become the corporate agent of New India Assurrance after completing the formalities prescribed by the insurance regulatory & development authority, an SBI press release said here today.
