New Delhi, Oct 13: The Vajpayee-led NDA government completes four years in power in Centre today. On being asked by media persons regarding his four years in power Prime Minister Vajpayee said, "The government is working well. It is stable too. The country is developing." Next year, the Vajpayee cabinet would be the first non-Congress government to complete its full term in office.

In March this year the BJP had celebrated Vajpayee completing five years as Prime Minister in grand style. However the five-year span has come with a break in between. On completing four years under the BJP wants to credit itself for giving a stable government at the Centre. Bureau Report
