Red Fort attack accused moves court for bail
New Delhi, Oct 16: Rahmana Farooqi, accused in the Red Fort shootout case and wife of main accused Mohammed Arif alias Ashfaq, today moved a city court praying for bail on medical grounds.

The application was filed before Additional Sessions
Judge O P Saini, who directed the prosecution to file its
reply by October 20.
Rehmana, in her application, also sought permission to be
brought to court in wheel chair on account of her disability.
Three persons, including a security personnel were killed in an exchange of fire when armed LeT militants attacked the high-security Red Fort in the capital on December 22, 2000.
