BSP to contest all 20 seats in Kerala
Kozhikode, Apr 10: In an apparent bid to test its popularity in Kerala, the Bahujan Samaj Party today announced that it would contest in all the 20 Lok Sabha constituencies from the state and also released the first list of its candidates.

"Although earlier we had planned to contest only 10 seats now we have decided to put up candidates from all the constituencies in keeping with the fast-changing political scenario in the state', BSP state president, K Viswanathan told reporters here.
Diclosing the names of 13 candidates, he said the names of two more candidates would be finalised tomorrow and the remaining in the next two days.
The names of 13 candidates announced today are Anil Kumar (Thiruvananthapuram), P D Rajan (Chirayinkeezhu), S Prahalatha
(Kollam), A Rajan (Adoor), K Saji (Mavelikkara), Jacob John
(Kottayam), P C Thankappan (Idukki), E A Aboobacker (Ernakulam), Manoj (Mukundapuram), P Velayudhan (Ottapalam), Abdul Muneer (Manjeri), P Bharathan (Kozhikode) and K Sukumaran (Kasaragod).
