New Delhi, Aug 28: India has offered to sell sophisticated warships to Vietnam and also to expand training to the country's Naval personnel here. The offer was made by India during high-level talks between top Indian Naval brass and nine-member visiting Vietnemese delegation led by rear admiral Be Quock Hung, Naval spokesman said.
During its stay in India, the delegation visited Naval maintenance facilities and defence shipyards at Goa, Mumbai and Vishakhapattnam. India is undertaking training of Vietnemese Naval personnel here which is proposed to be expanded, the spokesman added. Bureau Report
