The 57-year-old actress was hospitalised in 2001 and admits the condition, a bulging of the blood vessels, left her with a number of long-lasting side effects, reported Female First.

"I had a massive nine-day brain haemorrhage... I lost some of my hearing in my right ear for a while. I lost my ability to read for a couple of years. I lost feeling in my left leg to my knee, I couldn't walk at first. I couldn't write my name for a very long time...I stuttered. So don't have one," Stone said.
