New Delhi, June 26: BJP today virtually kicked off its campaign for the coming assembly polls in Delhi with a vitriolic attack on the ruling congress party and a clarion call to its cadres to develop a "killer instinct" to win the elections. "The congress is dividing the country along communal lines and joining hands with parties like RJD to make entire nation into Bihar", BJP president M Venkaiah Naidu said addressing a political conference of party's Delhi unit here. Speaking at the meeting, party general secretary Pramod Mahajan told workers not to let down guard but work towards defeating the Congress in the capital. "There is a wave in our favour and it is important for workers to develop a killer instinct; for only then can we win any electoral battle", he said.
On the conditional access system (CAS), Naidu assured the cadres the party was with the people on the issue.

"There is no question of charging even a single rupee more from the people on CAS", he said.
