New Delhi, June 30: Bodies of 47 passengers out of the 50 killed in the holiday special train accident a fortnight ago in Konkan have been identified, says an official release. Two bodies, though identified, have yet to be claimed, it said adding the relatives of deceased and injured passengers have been paid ex-gratia money for meeting their immediate requirements. A total of Rs 2.6 lakh has been paid to the injured persons and Rs 6.75 lakh to the relatives of those dead, it said. Of the 26 injured passengers, eleven have been discharged from hospitals.
