New Delhi, June 28: AICC secretary G K Vasan, who is reportedly favouring a change in the Tamil Nadu PCC leadership, had a meeting with party president Sonia Gandhi today. Vasan's meeting with Gandhi comes close on the heels of reports that he was angry with the high command for not changing the state leadership now being shared between PCC president S Balakrishnan and working president E V K S Elangovan.

He said that he had explained to Gandhi the prevailing situation in the state unit of the party.
Vasan, who is son of late G K Moopanar, had merged the Tamil Maanila Congress with the parent body last year.
