New Delhi, Sept 11: Mountaineers from the Indo-Tibetan Border police scaled the 6,303 metre-high "Chu-Chu Kang Nilda" Himalayan peak in Himachal Pradesh twice last month, an ITBP press release said today. Seven members of expedition "Vijay" embarked on the 20-day expedition under the leadership of Inspector Mohan Singh and scaled the peak on August 17, it said. Earlier, the peak, situated in Lahaul-Spiti, was scaled on August 1 by a 10-member team named "Utthan" led by Deputy Commandant C R Jat, it added. Bureau Report
