A local authority employee in the village of Menachem in the Galilee was injured in the attack by the Shiite group. Some of the shrapnel also fell in the courtyard of a kindergarten in Moshav. No damage or injuries were reported, said Ha'aretz, a local daily quoting the Israel radio.
