Raipur, Nov 09: The Nationalist Congress Party today said that it will set up a commission to look into the alleged corruption of Chhattisgargh Chief Minister Ajit Jogi and his son if it was voted to power in the December 01 assembly polls in the state. "A commission will be set up to inquire into the alleged corruption of Ajit Jogi and his son, Amit," state Nationalist Congress President, V C Shukla told a press conference after releasing his party's manifesto for the assembly polls.

Shukla also said that a special court would be set up to take prompt action and deal with corruption in case his party came to power in Chhattisgarh. He said that a number of new districts will also be created in Chhattisgarh raising their number from the present 16.

The state NCP president also listed other steps that would be taken if his party came to power in Chhattisgarh.
