Patna, Feb 04: CBI director U C Mishra has decided to personally monitor the much talked about Satyendra Dubey murder case involving mystery death of two suspects in Gaya recently. After the sensational death of two suspects namely Mukaddar Paswan and Shivnath Sah, the CBI director arrived here to look into the circumstances leading to their death. The two youths were under CBI interrogation in Gaya.

Mishra, who for the first time arrived here after assuming charge, told newspersons that the Dubey murder case was a high priority case and the best available investigating team had been entrusted with the task.

Mishra said he was hurt after hearing the unnatural and mysterious death of the two suspects. He said keeping in view the sensitivity of the case he had arrived here to interact with the CBI sleuths, local police and others engaged in the investigation. The CBI director said after taking detailed stock of the situation he would frame strategies for further investigation and would initiate all steps for impartial and speedy probe. Mishra said after one to one meeting with the people involved in the investigation he would meet the family members of both the suspects.
