Warangal, July 02: Twenty-two people have been killed and several other wounded as the engine and two bogies of Golkonda Express overturned from an overbridge near Warangal station this morning. While the injured have been admitted to Warangal`s MGM Hospital, the critically wounded are being moved to Hyderabad for treatment. Rescue operations are, meanwhile, on. Police, CRPF and special forces have been pressed into action to carry out the operations. People are still being pulled out from inside the train. According to DPRO, Railways, M Y Siddiqui, the driver of the train had overshot the red signal following which the engine and two bogies of the train overturned.
